Upon arrival at our animal hospitals, your pet will receive an initial examination and evaluation by our veterinarian. All patients will be charged an emergency fee that covers this initial examination.
After the doctor performs his/her initial evaluation, you will be given a written estimate for any diagnostics or treatments that the veterinarian feels are necessary for your pet. These fees are in addition to the initial examination fee. Total charges depend upon the nature and severity of your pet’s condition. A deposit is required before admission to the hospital. Any balance will be due when your pet is discharged from the hospital.
